Andy Hobbie is the President of Hobbie Personnel and HealthSkil and has twenty-five years experience in the industry. After earning a Bachelor of Arts degree from East Stroudsburg University, Andy held sales and management positions in the Office Products and Material Handling Industry, working with the two market leaders in each of the industries. Under Andy's leadership the organization has provided services to a range of businesses, including pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging, business credit services, warehousing and logistics, light manufacturing and health care. He relies heavily on the management team of the Hobbie organization. The collective number of years experience of the six person senior management team is 115. Andy is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Allentown and a Paul Harris Fellow, has been married to Denise for thirty-five years, and enjoys playing golf, traveling and being with his five grand children.

Denise Hobbie is the President of Hobbie Professional Staff Management, Inc, a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) since its inception in 1997. Prior to assuming that role she was the Chief Financial Officer for Hobbie Personnel Services and HealthSkil. She is an honors graduate of Cedar Crest College with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She has been with the Hobbie organization for 13 years. She has worked in the financial field as a correspondent, sales assistant and credit analyst. She holds both Series 6 (NASD) and Series 7 (NYSE) licenses. Her primary responsibility within the organization is financial decision making. She is married with two grown children. An active volunteer within her church and community, she has been involved in fund raising, Meals on Wheels, the Allentown Art Museum, and Parent Advisory Board for the local school district. She, along with her husband Andy, shares a love of family, travel and golf.

Beth Seifert is Vice President of Administration. She has held positions of increasing responsibility since joining C. K. Hobbie, Inc. in 1985. Before heading the administration team, she held roles in recruitment, fulfillment and branch management. In her current role Beth has a wide range of responsibilities including back office administration operations, employment practices, human resource policies, legal compliance, risk management and information technology. She has also been instrumental in developing the quality programs within the Hobbie organization. Beth holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Bloomsburg University. As a proponent of community involvement, she is a member of several charitable organizations. Beth and her husband Scott live in Telford, PA and enjoy camping and their Brittany Spaniels Opie and Taylor.

Deb Otto is a staffing industry veteran of 23 years. She started her career with Hobbie Personnel Services in their commercial division. Seven years later she helped launch Hobbie Technical, providing customers with engineers, chemists and design drafting professionals. It was while working with Hobbie Professional that she helped create Hobbie's award winning employee selection and retention programs "QUEST" and "CARE". In 1995 Deb attained the position of Vice President and was tasked with oversight of both the commercial and professional staffing departments. Today Deb is responsible for leading HealthSkil, an organization focused on supplying health care professionals. HealthSkil offers a wide range of career opportunities for nursing and allied health professionals in environments which span the entire continuum of care. As Senior Vice President of Sales and Recruiting, Deb manages a team of recruiters and staffing specialists offering 24/7 services to the health care community.

Deb is a married mother of one daughter. She is an avid paper arts and rubber stamping enthusiast. She is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, the Greater Reading Area Chapter of Critical Care Nurses, the Philadelphia & Suburban Healthcare Human Resources Association and serves on several school advisory boards.

Sherri Wertz is the Director of Hobbie Professional Staff Management, Inc. Sherri joined Hobbie Professional in 2006, following a career which spanned twenty years as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing of a large staffing firm. As Director, Sherri leads all sales, recruiting and staffing aspects of Hobbie Professional Staff Management, Inc. She manages a team of recruiters and account managers who share her vision of providing highly qualified professional and administrative candidates for the top companies in the U.S. Her focus is creating long term partnerships with our client companies as well as our candidates. Since Sherri began, Hobbie Professional has become one of the area's premier providers of Engineering, Accounting, Scientific and Pharmaceutical staff. Sherri is a graduate of Bloomsburg University.

She lives in Allentown with her husband Jack. They have three children and three grandchildren. She and her husband enjoy travel, hiking, biking and fishing.

Matt Hobbie is the Director of Hobbie Personnel Services. Over the last 10 years, Matt has gained a wealth of experience in the recruiting and staffing industry. His career started in technical recruiting and eventually led to his current role in operations. During his tenure with Hobbie Personnel, Matt has come to appreciate the positive impact good employees can have on customer productivity. Likewise, he values the opportunity to give job seekers exposure to a wider variety of opportunities in the marketplace. Matt is proud to be working for the company his grandfather founded over 37 years ago. He received his BA in Communications from Penn State University.

Matt currently lives in Center Valley, PA with his wife Jami and two boys, Caleb and Chase. In his spare time he hopelessly fights his son's grandparents and uncles attempts at turning the kids into Steelers fans. FLY EAGLES FLY!
