How soon can I start?
Job availability changes on a daily basis. Once our application process is complete you will be considered based on your qualifications, skills and preferences. Our goal is to provide our applicants with the most exposure to the best opportunities in the local marketplace. Many assignments can begin almost immediately, however, the selection process must be completed thoroughly before any new employee can start work for our customers.
What is involved in the application process?
Before we compare your credentials with potential opportunities, you will need to complete an employment application. You will be asked to provide a complete work history as well as information regarding your preference of shift, type of work, and preferred geographical location. Candidates must also complete a criminal history authorization and drug screen consent form.


After the application process is complete, you will interview with a member of our team. During the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your interests and skills. At that time our team member will discuss not only what specific skills you have, but also find out more about your experiences in job-related settings.


Once you have completed the interview you will go through basic safety orientation. Depending upon the type of opportunity you are being considered for, the selection process may then include: testing, client interview and/or training. Employees will not start an assignment until the selection and new assignment orientation process is thoroughly completed.
How often should I stay in touch with your office after the interview?
Once the application process is complete, it may take time to identify the best possible candidate or match. You are encouraged to stay in touch with our office at your convenience. When we are more aware of your availability, we will do our best to provide you with exposure to the best opportunities available.
What if I am not interested in a position when it is offered, can I turn it down?
Although we do our best to offer positions based upon your interests, we realize not every job is a match. If you are not interested in a position, you are free to decline. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences.
What if I accept an assignment and later realize it is not right for me?
We realize that not every job is a perfect match, and sometimes it takes time to realize that. In the event you are working on an assignment that is not suitable, we ask you to immediately contact the representative who assigned you. In order for us to find our customer a replacement, our employees must provide us with notice two weeks prior to leaving an assignment. Employees that completely abandon an assignment will no longer be considered eligible. In the event you need to depart an assignment less than two weeks before we are notified, our representative will consider the rationale. As with any interaction, communication is the key. We expect open communication from our field employees and they can expect the same from our office.
What do I pay for your services?
In over 37 years, we have never charged a fee to an applicant.
How can I stay informed about open positions?
Will we do our best to put you in touch with the representative most likely to offer you assignments based upon your skills, qualifications and interests. The majority of our positions will also be posted on our website. Feel free to contact us anytime if you have questions regarding any of our openings.
